‘Winston’ was created from a photograph of a bulldog sitting in the front seat of a parked car at our local supermarket. His features and expression were so striking I asked the owner permission to take a quick snap of him before she left.
He was a delight to paint with his personality being revealed early. A Churchillian countenance along with some quite deep and wise eyes has made him a personal favourite.
