Your signature is for your own emails. Please keep personal contact details and outside links out of your TOAG listings and profile.
How to add it to your email
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail on a computer, click the cog (top right), then See all settings.
- On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
- Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac).
- Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and replies.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Set it up on a computer - the Gmail phone app only allows a plain-text signature.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook.com or Hotmail, click the cog (top right).
- Go to Account (or Mail), then Signatures (sometimes under Compose and reply).
- Click New signature, name it, and paste into the box.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies, then click Save.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In the Outlook app, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Click New, name it, and paste into the Edit signature box.
- Choose it for new messages and replies, then click OK.
Using the new Outlook? Go to Settings > Accounts > Signatures instead.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Mail, go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences) > Signatures.
- Select your email account on the left and click +.
- Untick Always match my default message font.
- Select the sample text on the right, paste over it, then close the window.
- Click Copy plain-text version above.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Mail (on newer versions, Settings > Apps > Mail).
- Tap Signature, delete "Sent from my iPhone" and paste.
iPhone Mail doesn't keep logos and buttons reliably, so the plain-text version works best there.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Yahoo Mail (this includes most Bigpond and Telstra webmail), click Settings > More settings.
- Choose Writing email, then turn on Signature for your account.
- Paste into the signature box - it saves automatically.
