  • Support and celebrate the achievements of fellow artists on the platform
  • Do not engage in negative, disparaging or misleading commentary about other artists or galleries

3. Integrity

  • Only list original works that you have created and have the right to sell
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property - do not copy or reproduce the work of others
  • Price your work honestly and do not engage in misleading pricing practices

4. Compliance

  • Adhere to all platform policies, terms and conditions and guidelines as outlined in your artist agreement
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws governing the sale of goods, copyright and consumer rights

5. Representation

  • When representing The Online Art Gallery publicly - at exhibitions, events or on social media - do so in a manner consistent with our values and reputation
  • Use our handles, hashtags and links as provided to ensure accurate and consistent representation of the gallery
