Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

A Certificate of Authenticity adds value, confidence and provenance to your artwork.  It provides collectors with reassurance that the piece they are purchasing is an original piece created by you.

Artists are welcome to download and use the Certificate of Authenticity templates provided below for artworks sold through The Online Art Gallery.  The certificate can be completed by downloading and printing the pdf file and signing by hand.  The certificate should accompany the artwork at the time of delivery/postage.

Including a COA is optional, however it is strongly encouraged, particularly for original and limited-edition works.  It helps build trust with buyers and supports the long-term integrity of your practice.
