The Houses in the Bush

Artist Statement: This painting is about places we love and being with people we love in those places.

This work is oil and acrylic on 135X135 on professional quality canvas, signed on the front and sent with an artist cv and certificate of authenticity. The work is unstretched and sent in a roll (this is taken into account in the price)

This work is sealed with a conservationist Gloss Varnish which means that you can wipe the painting free of dust if you need to which will preserve its life. Conservationist quality varnish is essential as it doesn't crack or yellow with age and light.

The work is painted on the sides so if hung stretched without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle (no ugly white sides). (This is how I hang all large works in my home as I feel like without borders the paintings aren't contained and I can imagine them going beyond the end of the canvas)

If you decide to add an exterior frame I suggest choosing a frame that matches your furniture and home rather than the painting. ie if you have natural timber choose a timber frame, if you have a lot of white trim choose a white frame.

Please make sure to measure your space. Images are to give an idea only and though I try to keep them accurate but they are not a replacement for measuring your space. Its really important to do this as freight has gone up so much and it is expensive to even send out rolls so please make sure the painting will fit where you want to put it.
