This is Lipson, an old farming town on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. How lucky are they to have such a coastal view?! It was originally a farming town but today it is nearly deserted and mainly of interest to tourists. A photo by Pateena Donnelly inspired this painting. I grew up loving the beach and never tire of painting coastal scenes.
