Lavender Cascade Mimesis

A thin blue paint drip descends almost unbroken through the brushwork. Around it, the blue marks turn into a flock of fish, each one swimming upward through pale air. White scraps lift like torn doors, opening onto a green space with no restrictions. Shadows of birds in flight trying to meet the waves at some point. Pink strokes curl into roots, and the lower paint becomes a sea garden growing beneath the sky. The drip remains a cord, tethering that impossible scenery to the canvas
