Internal Landscape

This work emerges from an intuitive, process-led approach in which layers of paint are built, disrupted and reformed over time. Gestural marks, veils of colour and fluid drips accumulate into a visual history that mirrors the complexity of human experience.

Warm, earthy tones move across the surface, creating a sense of internal heat and quiet energy. Organic forms suggest a shifting terrain, inviting the viewer to engage with the painting as an inner landscape rather than a fixed image.

The work holds tension between control and release, density and openness. It asks for slow looking. Meaning is not prescribed but discovered through attention, stillness and the viewer’s own emotional register.
