This watercolour was inspired by the grevilleas we grow to attract the bees. In these uncertain bee-keeping times, I worry about our hives and when the varroa mite will arrive and affect our bees. For the moment, it is lovely to see them amongst our florals and to watch them as they pollinate our fruit and vegetables.
This painting is on Arches 300gsm cold pressed paper in A3 size. It is unframed and will be shipped in a tube.
