Full Moon – a limited edition of 8 original artworks printed with professional oil-based ink on Fabriano Rosaspina paper. 22 ct gold leaf is added to bring out the brilliance.
This is a reduction linocut print that has been embellished with 22 ct gold leaf to bring out the briliance. Each custom-mixed colour is printed and cut from the same plate. Thin layers of ink are layered to achieve the desired intensity. Then the colour to be preserved is cut away. The process is repeated until the last colour is printed. The plate is destroyed in the process and no more prints can be taken thereafter.
The image is 20.5cm x 25.5cm. Artwork is presented in a tan colour framed measuring 40cm x 50cm. Artwork is also available unframed. Each artwork is original and unique.
