Fly away

These paintings are deeply personal to me because they capture the place I call home — the beaches, piers, sunsets, and quiet moments that make Frankston so special. Living by the sea has shaped not only my life, but also the way I paint. I’m endlessly inspired by the changing light across the water, the people gathering on the pier, summer evenings, and the feeling of connection this coastline gives us all.

Through colour, texture, and movement, I try to capture the emotion of these moments rather than simply paint a landscape. The reflections, skies, and figures become memories of shared experiences — families walking the pier, swimmers at dusk, fireworks over the bay, and the calm beauty that locals know so well.

Each work is painted from a place of love for this community and the natural beauty surrounding it. My hope is that these paintings bring warmth, nostalgia, and a sense of belonging into the homes of those who connect with them.
