An artwork strangely inspired by chicken Chickadees, and made entirely from upcycled paper collage. The paper collage elements have been cut/torn, repurposed and assembled. Taken from old books, magazines, packaging materials and junk mail. Drenched in chicken flavoured nostalgia, straight outta the 1980's.
Hundreds of small pieces mesh together to create form, depth and the finished piece. Loads of random text, ads and oddities throughout. This is a heavily textured piece.
2 coats of high gloss varnish have also been applied to protect the artwork. The gloss finish really makes the colours pop and gives the work a glassy finish. The edges are decorated so it is ready to hang.
