Our beautiful world is being tormented. Being played with, and some might say being disrespected. This is Maree McCrum’s perception of a global Changing Climate
This painting is the way the world is reacting. It is scared and bleeding. It is trying to hide the dumping of waste and chemicals. It is confused as to where the trees should grow and which varieties where.
Maree is confident that our world is still beautiful as can be seen in the flowers and gentle rolling waves. It is up to us to make the change
Using only Three colours plus white with a wash of Australian Sienna this work is free flowing with a gentle relaxing touch.
