Another in my sepia toned country landscape series. Again the reference photo was taken through the car window on the way home up the range between Murphy’s Creek and Toowoomba. Everything is green at the moment from all the rain but I chose to depict the scene in sepia reminiscent of the history of the area. I admire this quaint farm every time I pass the area, the buildings dwarfed by the old large trees. I think the area is between Holmes and Ballard, past Spring Bluff.
