Willy Wagtails on Pink and White Flowers canvas print

My first painting of Willy Wagtails was commissioned by someone who saw one of my paintings of blue wrens in an art gallery and asked me to create a similar painting with Willy Wagtails.  The painting had a special meaning for her. After losing a loved one a Willy Wagtail started appearing in her window and she felt this was her partner saying he was still with her and that he was OK. I've since learned that other people believe this too and, I believe, for this reason, these have been my most successful paintings to date. To me, Willy Wagtails are special birds, they are cheeky, mischievous and very cute and I just love painting them. I hope you will love them too.
