Gift vouchers issued by The Online Art Gallery may be redeemed for eligible artworks and products available on www.theonlineartgallery.com.au

* Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date and may be used at any time unless otherwise stated.

* Vouchers are issued electronically and delivered via email after purchase.

* Each voucher contains a unique code and must be entered at checkout to redeem.

* Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be reissued if lost or deleted.

* If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.

* If the total purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use.

* Gift vouchers may be used across multiple transactions until the full value is redeemed.

* Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers unless explicitly stated.
