Stories of the City

I created this textured piece as a study in colour, rhythm, and perspective, using a row of vertical forms to suggest a cityscape on a rain-soaked street, or leather-bound books on a polished table. The composition rises like a collection of abstract towers, with tall, narrow blocks standing on both sides and a subtle opening in the centre. The arrangement is intentionally balanced but not perfectly symmetrical. I wanted the image to feel both structured and poetic. A city created with the colourful stories within it and built from emotion.
This painting is signed on the bottom, left side of the frame and a certificate of authenticity is supplied.
This artwork is painted on the edges, so no frame is required.
