Named after the Afghan cameleers who once traversed this route, The Ghan will take you from one edge of this continent to the other, North to South (or vice versa) through the Red Centre of Australia and the Tropical Top End. The Ghan delivers so much more than an extended train ride. It promises access to parts of Australia very difficult to experience any other way.
