These two pelicans were taking off from the beach as I approached them and I was lucky enough to catch them in flight, along with the splashes they made as they lifted their heavy bodies into the air. This was painted on a white board especially for an exhibition featuring 9" x 5" artworks. Frames provided for illustration purposes only.
