Moon Flight

This artwork is about flying in dreams, and is inspired by the experience of it. I feel so lucky when I have a flying dream! Children would love this illustrative work, but it will also appeal to those adults who still retain the imagination of a child. It's about freedom and the feeling of lightness and the ability to travel to magical places. 

It's a watercolour, different to your standard kind of watercolour. Yupo allows me to use the paints in layers like I do with oil, but without the long drying time. It also keeps the luminosity of colour which is important to me.
