Meeting Place

Artist Statement:This artwork is an abstract landscape. Where I lived the river met the sea and was surrounded by sands and then rainforest.

This work is acrylic on 91 X 91 on professional quality canvas, stretched wired and ready to hang. It is signed on the front and sent with an artist cv and certificate of authenticity.

This work is sealed with a conservationist Gloss Varnish which means that you can wipe the painting free of dust if you need to which will preserve its life. Conservationist quality varnish is essential as it doesn't crack or yellow with age and light.
The work is painted on the sides so if hung stretched without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle (no ugly white sides).

If you decide to add an exterior frame I suggest choosing a frame that matches your furniture and home rather than the painting. ie if you have natural timber choose a timber frame, if you have a lot of white trim choose a white frame, if you would like to see the work with a frame just message me and I'll put image up - if unsure choose natural timber.

Please make sure to measure your space. I try to make the images as accurate to size as possible but they don't replicate measuring your own space. Its really important to do this as artists pay for the freight which has become very expensive even to send out so please make sure the painting will fit where you want to put it so you don't have to return it for this reason.
