To explore the emotional impact of colour, I painted ‘Imagined Landscape in Blue’ by blending neutral acrylic tones with shades of blue. This combination of colours evokes a crisp atmosphere in this landscape inspired by the southern coast of Western Australia, reminiscent of chilly early spring mornings.
To further enrich the scene and symbolize resilience and personal growth, I incorporated the native blue Leschenaultia flower into the landscape. To incorporate a sense of warmth, I added golden sunrays, illuminating the landscape and inviting viewers to experience a harmonious interplay of emotions.
