Born from the delicate strength of Nepalese Washi Lokta paper, a figure drifts into being through veils of magenta, aqua and dissolving blues.
The Lokta fibres hold the colours like memory—soft, frayed, and shimmering with old light.
At the centre, the blue form twists, hesitates, and gathers itself, caught between sinking and surfacing.
Above, the washes thicken into emotion; below, the raw paper opens like breath.
This work moves as I move: I float and seek, letting parts of myself cling to the fibres as the figure forms, dissolves, and reforms through the process.
