Hi, Everybody!

A painting of Dr Nick from The Simpsons, made with paper not paint.

This piece is 100% paper collage and adhesive, made from torn and cut papers recycled from various vintage magazines, kids books, cooking books and maps repurposed then assembled to create this one of a kind original piece.

An old damaged board game has also contributed loads of Simpsons related elements. In fact over 100+ of The Simpsons characters make an appearance somewhere throughout this piece.

Thousands of pieces of paper layered to create this heavily textured artwork.

I am currently drawn to the random nature of collage and combining discarded, unused recycled materials. Using unrelated elements and mashing them together to create something entirely new.

2 coats of gloss varnish will be applied to protect the artwork. The gloss finish really makes the colours pop and gives the work a glassy finish. Please note the varnish can slightly alter some of the colours on the vintage papers, so some colours may slightly vary from the pics.

It has a wire at the back with collaged edges, so it is ready for your wall.
