Frangipani # 9

This is my impression of a Frangipani tree, flowers and leaves. I lived in an area with many Frangipani Trees , in particular the Pluemera Obtusa variety. I loved the contrast between the dark green leaves and the white flowers. I painted in a simple syle to create a bright, cool, modern painting that would look lovely on a large wall. Th patterns in this painting are based on a real tree.The painting is painted on the sides so is ready to hang but would look wonderful framed.
