The Landscape Series began during the COVID-19 lockdowns, when movement was limited and the outside world could only be reached through a screen. Traveling virtually through Google Maps, I collected fragments of distant streets and towns, reimagining them through memory, emotion, and color. Each painting captures a sense of connection and distance—quiet streets lined with houses that seem close, yet untouched.
I collected 4-7 streetviews which 3-5 years old. These images compressed not only space also the years of stories. This is nostalgia of every one of you. I wish you find yourself in this painting.
