Dandelions In The Garden

A bright, dreamlike celebration of colour and growth. The sky is washed in warm layers of orange, pink, and gold above a loose garden of vertical green and teal strokes to suggest tall grass, stems and wild flowers reaching upward. I liked the idea of combining softness with texture, the blended, atmospheric background, and a more tactile, expressive foreground. I wanted the image to feel whimsical and slightly surreal. 
This painting is signed on the bottom, left side of the frame, and a certificate of authenticity is supplied.
The artwork is painted on the edges, so no frame is required.
