Bay of Fires is a beautifully airbrushed rendition of the area known as Bay of Fires in Tasmania. Teresa says, “My favourite medium is airbrushing – it takes me to another world when I am painting. Recently I decided to try painting landscapes, as this was one of my Grandfather’s favourite past-times.”
She says, “As a child, with my Grandfather’s direction, I developed a love of rocks and gemstones and I also have a love of colour and wanted to have this show through - so when I saw the Bay of Fires for the first time I knew I had to paint it. I love the mystery and majesty that airbrushing gave my interpretation of the “Bay of Fires””.
