Inspired by Margaret Preston's Litho Prints. My rendition is a three-dimensional painterly version which dispenses with Margaret Preston's Japanese feel and substitutes hints of the mediterranean: a naively decorated terracotta vase sitting on a bare wooden windowsill with the pale blue sky of the Agean Ocean beyond.
