Nanna mac always had an abundance of Hydrangeas all through the house and these beautiful blooms were the centrepiece to all Sunday get togethers, where the times were so different.
Where you would go to bed with the front door always open in case anyone needed a roof over their head for the night, where nanna mac was cooking all day Saturday and Sunday morning in preparation for a family gathering, roast on a Sunday, kids playing cricket in the street, times were carefree and families spent way too much time together.
