Trees Ghost Gum Outback Australia textured impasto abstract

This one is vibrant, rustic and warm. These stunning Ghost Gums was inspired by my travels across the heart of Australia. From ages 19 to 25, I explored most of the country by camper van, even climbing the iconic Uluru. This artwork captures the essence of those journeys; the burnt earthy orange landscape reflects the vast outback terrain, while the blue splatters symbolize the infrequent yet rejuvenating rain and water runoffs. The background has a very rustic earthy feel of burnt oranges, reds, browns, blacks, yellows, blues, turquoise and metallic golds and beige. The trees are also textured very textured. Painted around the edges ready to hang.
