Seafarers Bridge 3 offers a profile view of this structure whereas my previous two paintings of this wonderful bridge were taken from the bridge walkway. This is another painting in my Melbourne icon series. I am always impressed by this contemporary and elegant landmark structure whenever I visit Melbourne. The winner of a number of architecture awards, the bridge links the north and south banks of the Yarra River. The painting utilises my characteristic hard edge style and simplified abstracted structures.
