The colours are more gold contrasting with blue than all brown. Some touches of green. Two eagles in foreground. No humans. White mist in the far distance across a sea leading to mountains that may or may not be inhabited. This is an imagined landscape that I dreamed up at an artist in residence program and developed over a few months. It is an extrapolation of plein air subjects done in the countryside around Lake Eucumbene, NSW (snow country) combined with a bit of Fred Church technique using multiple planes.
