The Duraringa uniting church was built in 1907. A few years ago the church was damaged in a storm and a local grazier purchased it as it was deconcercrated. The new owners shipped the building by truck to their property about 50 kilometres away. Over a period time they restored the building to its former glory. This painting is the renovated church but I have imagined and put on canvas what it may have looked like in the early sixties. Acrylic paint on stretched canvas, the sides of this artwork have been painted to match the painting. This painting has been coated with protective clear satin varnish. I use quality paint and canvases with all my artwork. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
