This original artwork was made using acrylic and gauche. An atmospheric abstracted landscape that my aim was to evoke a sense of calm and harmony by creating soft undelating contours in the landscape through layers, textures and patterns. Sweeping gestures was used for whispy tall grasses and abstracted patterns to form rock crevices and trickling waterways, all highlighted by an expansive teal sky full of texture and depth.This artwork would be stunning as a focal point in any space.
