My mother was a dressmaker when I was very young. These images stay with me. An original, hand printed, linocut on Canson 200gsm paper. this print is not limited edition, rather is made in the Japanese woodcut tradition whereby prints were made as required for as long as the block lasted. This tradition began around 16th century and continues today. The Prussian blue colour has been preferred by these artists from soon after it was first produced in 1704. This print fits a standard aA4 frame.
