Learn tips and tricks on how to use The Online Art Gallery as your own personal website with our step-by-step guide.
Did you know you can use your artist page on The Online Art Gallery just like a personal website?
It’s an easy way to share all your artworks in one place with collectors, buyers, and followers - without the cost, time or hassle of building your own site.
Here’s how:
Step 1: Log In
Head to The Online Art Gallery and log in to your account. (www.theonlineartgallery.com.au)
Step 2: Find Your Artwork
In the Search Listings field (top left-hand side of the page), type your artist name or pseudonym (the one you used when listing your works).
Step 3: View Your Collection
The page will now refresh and show only your artworks in one neat collection. This is your own gallery page!
Step 4: Copy Your Personal Link
Look at the top of your browser - copy the URL (the website address starting with https://).
This link is unique to your page.
Step 5: Share It Everywhere
Use your personal link just like you would a website address:
• Add it to your social media profiles (Instagram bio, Facebook page, LinkedIn etc.)
• Share it on your social media posts
• Email it directly to collectors and buyers
• Share it in newsletters or art group chats
• Print it on your business cards or exhibition flyers
Why This Works
• It takes your followers directly to your art only - no distractions.
• It gives you a professional, curated showcase without needing your own website.
• Every time you add new works to The Online Art Gallery, your link will update automatically with your latest creations.
Tip for Artists: If you’d like to personalise your link, you can use a free link shortener (like bit.ly) to create a neat, memorable URL (e.g., bit.ly/YourArtistName).
