Cortez the Killer : $550-00 Acrylic on stretched canvas, strung and ready to hang. 100cm wide X 80cm high X 1.5cm deep. e : Inspired by a Neil Young song on his 1975 album Zuma which highlights the downfall of the Aztecs. I particularly liked the line, "But they built up with their bare hands, what we still can't do today". My artwork is a depiction of swirling shapes blending into an array of bright colour which infuses movement onto what was once a static canvas. This artwork will definitely burst from the wall to brighten up even the gloomiest of rooms.
