Within this work, line, colour, and form became practical anchors. The act of tracing flowing lines and responding to shifting colour relationships provided a way to return my focus whenever the mind began to wander.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eAs I moved through the layered surface of the painting, I observed the natural tendency of thought to drift. Each time, I consciously redirected attention back to the immediacy of the abstract expression before me. This process of noticing and returning is embedded within the work itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe resulting composition reflects both movement and stillness. It holds the tension between distraction and awareness, offering a visual meditation on presence.
