My painting is the renovated church and my interpretation of what church day May have looked like in the 1960,s.  I used my memories of going to church as a child and teenager. Duaringa is in Queensland. \u003cbr\u003eThe boy in the green shirt is going fishing after church. The twins in the foreground are up to no good. The old couple , red dress and walking stick we're married in the church. The woman in the green dress is a single mother and comes to church to find a husband. The cockies all stand around talking about the weather.
